Bio

Morrison has been a director at Epoch Films since 1994. He has directed many commercials and music videos. He directed the feature “Junebug”, written by Angus MacLachlan and produced by Epoch Films. It was featured in the Sundance Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, and the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s and Museum of Modern Art’s New Directors/New Films, among many others. “Junebug” was released in North America by Sony Pictures Classics. Amy Adams’s performance was nominated for an Academy Award. Phil’s NYU student film, “Tater Tomater”, is distributed by First Run Features and has been selected for the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art. Morrison was Consulting Producer and Director of the highly regarded series “Upright Citizens Brigade” for Comedy Central. He currently resides in NYC. “State Fair”
